After completing her graduate work at the University of Maryland under the direction of Professor Catherine Fenselau and a post-doctorate at the University of Illinois with Professor Richard an Breemen, Amanda began working at Thermo Fisher Scientific. There, she began as a field application scientist in the proteomics group before moving to the biopharma group. Now she is the product marketing manager for the Orbitrap Tribrid mass spectrometer family of products.
