Bruker Daltonics GmbH & Co. KG, GERMANY, Germany
- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Christoph Krisp obtained his PhD in Chemistry and Biomolecular Sciences in 2013 under a joint PhD program from the Ruhr University Bochum, Bochum, Germany, and the Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.
He then started a Post-Doc at the Australian Proteome Analysis Facility (APAF) at Macquarie University, analyzing melanoma tissue specimen and correlating proteome phenotypes with MEK inhibitor resistant and sensitive phenotypes observed in patient-derived melanoma cell lines.
In 2017, Christoph Krisp moved to Hamburg, Germany, to start a second Post-Doc in a Mass Spectrometry Proteomics Core Facility at the University Medical Center Hamburg Eppendorf to focus on proteomic analysis of clinical and biological specimens.
In summer 2021, Christoph Krisp joined Bruker Daltonics as an Application Development Specialist for Single Cell Proteomics.
Since July 2024, he leads the MDC-Bruker Center of Excellence for Single Cell Omics at the MDC-BIMSB (Max Delbrück Center - Berlin Institute for Medical Systems Biology) focusing on single cell analyses as well as spatially resolved tissue-based multiomics.
