Dr Selina Fyfe is a Research Fellow at the Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation. Her research focuses on food science, food systems and metabolomics with a special interest in plant foods and fruit. In her PhD she studied the native Australian green plum and did untargeted metabolomics studies on it using NMR and FT-ICR-MS.
