I am a PhD candidate at Edith Cowan University, Western Australia, specializing in plant proteomics and analytical biochemistry. My current research focuses on the identification and characterization of bioactive peptides in the edible and inedible tissues of Cucurbitaceae crops with high wastage levels in Australia. I am particularly interested in their applications in the food and agriculture industries, where they can contribute to the sustainable utilisation of plant resources.
