- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Angela Juhasz is an internationally recognized researcher working in cereal grain genomics and grain allergy. She received her PhD in Cereal chemistry from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2002. In 2019 she joined to the Proteomics group of Professor Michelle Colgrave at the School of Science, Edith Cowan University. During the last ten years her research focus is on the use of proteogenomic tools and ‘big data’ to understand genetic and environmental impacts on cereal grain development programs, grain allergy and quality. She is actively involved in the computational biology and multiomics analysis of major cereal genomes, such as wheat and oats.
