Australian Proteome Analysis Facility (APAF)
In 2025, the Australian Proteome Analysis Facility (APAF) celebrates 30 years of delivering state-of-the-art proteomics. Housing a suite of mass spectrometers and additional capabilities, APAF provides access to the technology and expertise required for high-quality characterisations of proteins, biological molecules, and their interactions. We can assist with all stages of biological mass spectrometry and related bioanalytical experiments. APAF is supported by Bioplatforms Australia through funding from the Australian Government National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS). APAF is proud to be accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) for compliance to the international standard ISO/IEC 17025, Accreditation Number 20344.
