Lanyards must be worn at all times.
Tickets must be selected via the registration portal. If you would like to attend or are unable to attend any of the events, please let staff know at the registration desk.

WELCOME RECEPTION 
The Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday 18 May from 5:15pm to 7:00pm in the exhibition area (Auditorium A&D) at Cairns Convention Centre. The evening will include beverages and canapes. Lanyards must be worn during this event.

STUDENT MIXER
The Student Mixer will be held on Monday 19 May from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Hemmingway’s Brewery Cairns Wharf.  Shared menu items and two drink tickets per person will be provided. This event is for students and invited guests only and a ticket must be selected by attending students at the time of registration. Lanyards must be worn at all times. If you would like this added to your registration, please see the ASN staff at the registration desk.

CONFERENCE DINNER 
The Conference Dinner will be held on Tuesday 20 May at 7:30pm in the Trinity Room at the Cairns Convention Centre. The evening will include two-course dinner, beverages and entertainment. Tickets must be purchased upon registration and lanyards must be worn at all times. You will have a ticket on the back of your name badge if you have registered and paid to attend. If you would like this added to your registration, please see the ASN staff at the registration desk.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS 
If you have included your dietary requirements during your registration, you will be catered accordingly throughout the event. With the majority of breaks, your catering will be served separately on a special dietaries food station.
