Speaker Preperations & Poster Session
SPEAKER PREPARATION
If your presentation is in the Plenary Room (Auditorium C), please upload your talk with the tech in the room, on arrival at the conference or a minimum of 2 breaks prior to your session starting.
If your talk is taking place in M1, M2 or M3, please take your talk to the tech in the room on Monday 19 May to upload, this also applies to talks on Tuesday or Wednesday. If you are not able to upload your Tuesday or Wednesday talk on Monday, there will be a floating AV tech between all three rooms who will be able to assist but you must ensure that you find them with plenty of spare time before your talk. Alternatively, please send your presentation via email the day prior (or earlier) to lianna-danielle.r@asnevents.net.au
You should bring your talk on a USB, saved in an appropriate format (i.e. PowerPoint 16:9) for display on a PC and projector within the room and clearly labelled with the Time_Session_Name (eg. 9:30_Session 2_Lianna-Danielle Rizk). Please note there are no Mac computers in the any of the presentation rooms.
Please arrive to your room at least 15 minutes prior to your session to meet with the chair and other speakers in your session.
POSTER VIEWINGS & JUDGING
Dedicated poster sessions will be held on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 May in the exhibition area (Auditorium A&D) during the extended lunch breaks. All posters have received a poster number which can also be found in the conference schedule.
